Rumors sul Quinto Conto Energia

Da diversi giorni si parla della possibilità che il Governo Monti cambi nuovamente gli incentivi - e forse anche le regole - destinati all'energia fotovoltaica. Il problema è principalmente uno: gli incentivi costano e vengono pagati dagli italiani tramite le bollette dell'elettricità e non tutti sono disposti a pagare per l'energia pulita.
